Baby Beagle is an Oil on W/C paper and is 6 x 6 inches.
Terry asked why I was not painting our dogs... I need to take some pictures..they are all black and grey curly fur and you really can't see much. There eyes have a sparkle and their overall cut is distinctive... have to see what I can sketch out. Meanwhile I visited WetCanvas.com and pulled about three photos off that are up posted for artists to use... this little guy was one of them.
Dogs ... they are part of my wonders of the heart!

First; thanks for visiting my blog. I love your art work by the way and the color and the puppy and everything else. I got a wee tear in me eye when i read your comment, "they are part of the wonders of the heart"! Just lovely. I love to paint dogs and other critters because they are such a gift to us. Thank you also for sharing your faith! You have no idea how much i needed to read some of what you quoted here. I feel as though i have lost "Him" most days but then He appears in a blog i have found about art which turns out to be more about "heart' and His love for us! God bless you and your work.....
